FAQ
Most of the common questions that are asked can be answered below. If you don’t find your answer below, unclear about any of the policies listed below or have any other questions don’t hesitate to email or call us.

1. How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with an item you received please contact us for the address to return it. As long as the item is returned in the original factory packaging and in sellable condition you will be refunded for what you spent minus shipping costs.

2. What happens if my  item damaged in transit?
If an item is damaged please contact us immediately. All of our shipments are insured at no extra charge to you.

3. Do you guarantee the sex of the fish?
We do our best at sending you the sex of fish you order. We do NOT guarantee that sex of fish even if they are labeled as males. 99.9% of the time we are able to sex the fish correctly.

4. What does “unsexed” mean?
Fish that we sell under the category “unsexed”‘ means that the fish is still too small to determine whether they are a male or a female. These fish are less expensive than if they are larger and sex can be determine.

5. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please email us. We will not process any refunds via a phone call.  Once we receive the email  will cancel your order and process your refund minus a 5% fee. Since we are not refunded any fees that the credit card company charges us, we subtract the processing fees when we issue a refund to our customers.

6. If I order today, when will you ship my fish?
Before shipment, we quarantine all fish for at least 24-48 hours. During this period, we closely monitor the fish to make sure they are healthy. We also do not feed them during this time in order to ‘clean out’ their digestive system. This lessens the chance of fish dying in transit due to poor water quality. Once this process is completed, your fish will then be shipped out the next Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – whichever comes first. In most cases, we do NOT ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Cargo Shipments MUST be picked up within two hours of arrival at the destination airport.

We are not responsible for any DOA due to carrier delay or Act Of God. You will need to file a claim with the carrier to recover any losses. We provide you with any documents needed to help you file a claim.
If any of the fish are doa, please send me a picture of the dead fish within 1 hour of delivery while they are still bagged. Once the bags are opened we are no longer responsible.
DO NOT dispose of the doa. I will give you instructions of what to do next. No refunds will be given on shipping.
